Your care starts with a health screening by Kristy Beard, MSN, APRN, FNP-C. Every ingredient in your IV is reviewed for compatibility with breastfeeding before it is ordered, and Kristy will let you know if anything in your care plan affects nursing.
IV therapy supports hydration and nutrition. It is not a substitute for lactation care — if you have concerns about milk supply, latch, or pain, we’ll help connect you with the right lactation support.

At Elevate Health and Wellness, we provide nurse practitioner-led IV hydration and nutrient support for breastfeeding and postpartum patients who are dehydrated, depleted, or recovering from illness — all in a calm, comfortable outpatient setting.
Every patient is screened by Kristy Beard, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, and each infusion is personalized, with ingredients reviewed for compatibility with breastfeeding. We are happy to coordinate with OBs, midwives, pediatricians, and lactation consultants so your patient’s care stays connected.
We do not require a referral.
