When to Go to the ER Instead

Elevate urgent care is designed for conditions that are genuinely urgent but not life-threatening. Please go directly to the emergency room for chest pain, severe difficulty breathing, signs of stroke, severe allergic reactions with throat swelling or difficulty breathing, major trauma, loss of consciousness, or any condition where you feel your life may be in immediate danger.
