At Elevate Health and Wellness, our Postpartum Recovery IV is a nurse practitioner-led infusion designed for the fourth trimester — the first 12 weeks after you bring your baby home. It is personalized, compassionate care from a provider who understands what new moms are going through.

Delivery and the weeks that follow ask a lot of your body. Blood loss during birth, broken sleep, round-the-clock feedings, and barely enough time to eat or drink can leave you depleted, exhausted, and running on empty. You were told to sleep when the baby sleeps — but nobody told you how to refill your tank.

How the Postpartum Recovery IV Can Help

Our most complete postpartum drip delivers a full liter of IV fluids with B-complex vitamins, vitamin B12, vitamin C, magnesium, and zinc — plus anti-nausea medication when you need it — directly into your bloodstream so your body can put them to work right away. Moms often come to us when they are:

• Exhausted and running on broken sleep

• Feeling dehydrated, lightheaded, or headachy after delivery

• Recovering from a long labor, a C-section, or a difficult birth (with your OB's OK)

Postpartum Recovery IV or Breastfeeding IV?

Breastfeeding IV is our focused hydration drip for nursing moms who need a quick refill. Postpartum Recovery IV is our fuller fourth-trimester drip, with more fluids and a broader vitamin and mineral blend, built for the weeks right after delivery. Not sure which is right for you? Your care starts with a health screening by Kristy Beard, MSN, APRN, FNP-C. Every ingredient in your IV is reviewed for compatibility with breastfeeding before it is ordered. If you had a C-section, preeclampsia, heavy bleeding, or are still under active OB care, we are happy to coordinate with your OB or midwife first.

Feeling run-down from low iron after delivery? Postpartum anemia is common. We can check your levels with in-office labs, and IV iron infusions are often covered by insurance.

IV therapy supports hydration and nutrition. It does not replace your postpartum checkup or emergency care. If you have heavy bleeding, fever, chest pain, trouble breathing, a severe headache, or vision changes, call your OB or 911 right away.

2. Health screening. Kristy reviews your delivery, health history, symptoms, and medications.

3. Your personalized IV. Relax in our calm clinic, or stay home on your own couch with our mobile IV nurses.

4. Feel refreshed. Rehydrated, replenished, and ready to care for your little one.

Booking & Pricing

Postpartum Recovery IV: $150 per infusion. Includes IV fluids, vitamins, minerals, and anti-nausea medication tailored to you.

Fourth Trimester Package: 3 infusions for $475 (save $50), to be used within 12 weeks of delivery.

Optional add-ons are available after provider review. IV therapy is self-pay, and we can provide a superbill for you to submit to insurance.
